  • $275 per inside space
  • $250 per inside space (Non Profit Organization)
OUTSIDE SPACE COSTS:
  •  $15.00 per front ft. (Regular Space)
  •  $13.00 per front ft. (Non Profit Organization)
+Plus cost of a Fair Tent
Everyone must pay the $85.00 Insurance fee (Not Negotiable)
Hours of Operation:
11:00 am to 10:00 p.m. (Mon. – Fri.)
11:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. (Saturday)
Booths are not required to be manned all day, but you are required to maintain your display daily.  We highly recommend staffing your booth during peak  hours.
Booth Specifications
  • Inside spaces are 10 ft. across the front, 8 ft. deep
  • Front of booth and first 4 ft. from aisle will not exceed 4 ft. in height
  • Backdrop not to exceed 8 ft. in height
  • Exhibitor to furnish all decorations, dividers, tables & chairs
  • No nails or dividers to be left in building at conclusion of Fair
  • Dividers should be made of solid material
  • Exhibit tables must be skirted to the floor or ground
  • All spaces come with two 110 outlets
  • Outside space size varies – Min. is usually 25 ft.
  • No subletting of space
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED TO BE SOLD, DISPLAYED OR
DISTRIBUTED ON THE FAIRGROUNDS:
  • Drug Paraphernalia
  • Alcohol or alcohol related products
  • Obscene literature/merchandise
  • Explosives or exploding devices
  • Aerosol novelty spray (such as silly string)
  • Laser lights or related products (such as laser light pointers)
  • Paintball guns and related products
  • Tobacco or tobacco related products (including lighters)
  • Frisbees
  • Lotteries, raffles or any other games of chance
  • Smoke bombs, stink bombs
  • Candy cigarettes
  • Swords, knives, guns, throwing stars & other weapons (Real or TOY)
  • Helium balloons
  • Cannabis, marijuana and/or related products and paraphernalia.
  • Any merchandise deemed objectionable by BCYF Commercial Committee
There will be NO: Lotteries, raffles, or any other games of chance;
petitions; animals, pets or fowl in the commercial exhibit areas
(except for pre-approved demonstration animals); reservation of
parking spaces in the reserved parking area; smoking in exhibit buildings or tents.
