Rental Options and Rates
Rental pricing is based on a 5 Month period starting from the first designated Drop Off Date to the designated Pick Up Date.
Indoor Rental (Covered)
$12 / Foot
Standard Units (up to 9ft wide)

Oversized Units (over 9ft wide)

How to Reserve a Space

Request a Contract
Call (269) 473-4251
- If space is available, a contract will be sent to you in September.
- If no space is available, you will be added to our waiting list.
2.
Submit Contract & Deposit

Drop Off
Your Unit
– Bring your unit to Gate 2 off of Old US 31 on any of the drop off days.
– All units will be measured from the furthest front point to furthest point back.
– Units over 9ft wide will be charged the current oversize rate.
– The remaining balance will be paid at drop off.
⚠️ Important Policies
Starting fluids prohibited inside all fair buildings
Propane tanks need to be full
Batteries must remain in motorhomes & cars (can be disconnected)
Operational tongue jacks required (boat trailers, jet ski trailers, pop-up campers, etc.)
License plates must stay with the unit
Insurance responsibility of the lessee
